Hii..
So I'm playing missions, no ms or anything. then all the sudden... cant shoot, cant switch shoulder, cant interact with anything b/c of lag. and after about 30s of just doing nothing i lose connection. I reconnect to the servers and try to join any district at all and get infinite loading screen. Restart my game, does the exact same thing. I come back after leaving the game alone for about 30 minutes. I get in district and about a certain amount of time later (maybe 20-30 mins) the same process repeats.
